Winter hours of interest
Guilford College will officially close for the holidays on Wednesday, December 24 until Monday, January 5, 2026. Transcript requests received by noon on Thursday, December 19 will be processed before we leave for the holidays. Transcript requests received after this time will be processed by Monday, January 12, 2026.
Resources and Services
The Office of the Registrar provides academic services to Guilford College. It maintains, interprets, and monitors academic policy and communicates procedures to faculty, students, and the College’s other constituents. In addition, it supports the College’s Office of Institutional Research by maintaining a comprehensive database of student academic and demographic information.
