Distance / Online Learning Complaint

Guilford College is an approved institution under the National Council for State Authorization Reciprocity Agreements (NC-SARA). This assures that we meet comparable national standards for interstate post-secondary distance education courses and programs across state lines.

Distance / Online Learners with a complaint may share this with Guilford College through the Distance / Online Learning Complaint form.

Student Grievance Policy

The Student Grievance Policy outlines the steps a student can take to file a grievance and the steps of the College’s response. Student complaints that do not fall into other categories as shown on this webpage should be addressed through the student grievance policy. If a student complaint submitted through the General Feedback Form constitutes a student grievance, it will follow this policy and process.
