Guilford College will officially close for the holidays Monday, December 23, 2024 through Wednesday, January 1, 2025. Re-open on Thursday January 2, 2025. Transcript requests received before 10:00am on Thursday, December 19 , 2024 will be processed before we leave for the holidays. Transcript requests received after this time will be processed by Monday, January 6, 2025.

Resources and Services

The Office of the Registrar provides academic services to Guilford College. It maintains, interprets, and monitors academic policy and communicates procedures to faculty, students, and the College’s other constituents. In addition, it supports the College’s Office of Institutional Research by maintaining a comprehensive database of student academic and demographic information.
