The Science of Us

The four courses of the Sociology minor focus on the study of society and the social systems that influence human behavior. In addition to an introduction to sociological thinking and research, you will choose from courses focused on topics including race and ethnicity (in the U.S. and Latin America), sex and gender, popular culture and mass media and health and health care.
