Vaccine Clinic on Friday, Oct. 15

A vaccine clinic will be held for all community members on Friday, Oct. 15, from 9 a.m.to 2 p.m. in the Founders East Gallery. There is no cost for the vaccine and all three vaccines will be available at the clinic (the one shot Johnson & Johnson vaccine, as well as the two-shot series Pfizer and Moderna vaccines). In addition to someone who needs to receive their first or second dose, anyone who needs a Pfizer booster shot may receive one (in general, to get a booster, your last shot needs to have been at least six months ago). Please be prepared to show your vaccination card to consult with the staff administering the vaccines as needed.

Vaccine mandate is upon us

As we move forward together as a community, the deadline of Oct. 15 is the deadline for our vaccination mandate to take full effect. We continue to share important information for our community. Anyone who has not requested and received either a religious or medical exemption is expected to have started the vaccination process by Friday, Oct. 15.

To provide documentation of your vaccination status, please use the following links:

STUDENTS

FACULTY AND STAFF

Students who do not meet the mandate requirements (either by being vaccinated, obtaining an exemption, or transitioning their schedule to remote instruction only) will hear from the Division of Student Affairs to begin the process of unenrolling. Faculty and staff who do not meet the mandate requirements will hear from Human Resources to begin the process of separating from the college.

We appreciate everything that you are all doing to keep our campus community safe.

Sincerely,
Health and Safety Task Force
