The grant will help the College identify barriers to external partnerships and launch a new faculty fellows program that supports professional development and community engagement.  

Students will explore creating a robotic device that can be programmed to pick up plastic debris one day or cigarette butts the next.

Guilford leaders will determine revenue streams that might flow from those assets and if those resources can be matched to economic needs in the community.

Guilford will expand and improve the trail while also teaching visitors about the plants that provided freedom seekers with food and medicine.  

The Virtual Scholarship Center will connect Guilford students this fall with local and state scholarship providers.
