The minor in Public Health will provide students with a foundation for understanding and participating in health promotion and disease prevention efforts. Students will learn about public health issues while integrating ethical principles and social justice frameworks in their coursework and experiential learning opportunities. Regardless of their primary major, the Public Health minor will benefit students intending to pursue a career in the healthcare professions as well as as employment in educational, government and not-for-profit organizations.
