Share Your Love for Guilford on National Interview Day

National Interview Day on March 2 is a chance for alumni to share their Guilford experience with potential future students.

Guilford College is looking for alums to talk with potential future students about one of their favorite subjects – Guilford College.

The College is seeking volunteers to take part in National Interview Day on Saturday, March 2, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and share their Guilford experience with students who might not have had a chance to visit the campus.

Here’s how it works: Alumni who volunteer can pick a public place like a library, bookstore, coffee shop or restaurant to chat with accepted students and parents about Guilford. Each meeting will last about 30 minutes.

The College is looking for alumni in the Raleigh-Durham area, Greensboro, Charlotte, Asheville, Wilmington, Atlanta, Boston, Washington, D.C./Maryland suburbs, Philadelphia, Chicago, Charleston, S.C., Columbia, S.C. Don’t see your city listed? Sign up anyway, and if a student in your area registers, we’ll let you know.

Training will be provided through printed materials and a Zoom session so alumni will have the latest info on Guilford. Guilfordians can volunteer on their own or team up with a friend. Additional questions will be answered by Admission staff in a timely manner.

Esther Hall ’74,  Guilford Admissions Ambassadors Network Coordinator, says it’s a great way for alumni to share their passion for Guilford with potential future students. For more information or to volunteer, contact Esther at gaan1837@guilford.edu
