"After two years of navigating a pandemic, I am thrilled to see students again! My career in financial aid spans over 20 years, and working directly with students is the best part of my job. I want Guilford students to take ownership of their financial wellbeing, and educating students on financial aid resources and requirements is very important to me. I am looking forward to another academic year where I can engage with students and the Guilford community."

"Hello, Quaker family! As the new Assistant Director of Financial Aid, I am beyond excited to be part of the Guilford community. I am excited to engage with students and staff and to assist families in navigating the world of financial aid. I have been working in financial aid since 2020 after graduation, and it's been rewarding helping students and families succeed academically, grow socially, and excel professionally."

I am from Duluth, GA, which is just outside of the Atlanta area. I'm a 2021 graduate of Guilford, majoring in Mathematics with two Art focused minors in Photography and Art History. I was also a tour guide for Admissions, a sports photographer for Athletics, and an Orientation Leader! I am very thankful for all of the meaningful connections I’ve gotten to make over the years, and still continue to make, with the wonderful members of the Guilford community. In addition to Guilford, I love ice cream and books, so if you ever want to talk desserts or book recommendations, swing by the office to say hey!

Lori Skeets '10

Enrollment Data Analyst

"I am 2010 alumna of Guilford College. I embraced all Guilford has to offer. I enjoyed the diversity of the student body and all of the amazing thoughts and conversations that came out the classroom experience. I am the mother of one child who is the love of my life. My hobbies are gaming, photography and amateur website building. As for the work I do for Guilford, I am a Data Analyst for the Office of Financial Aid. I manage all things technical and data-related. I bring in the FAFSA and loans information that allow our department to award aid to our students."
