Welcome to Guilford
Congratulations on your decision to attend the Guilford College Graduate School! We're pleased to welcome new graduate students as part of our community of learners. Below is important information and dates for your next steps as a Guilford student. You may have already completed some of these steps. Also, please check back often as information will be added to this page as we get closer to the start of the semester.

Next Steps for Admitted Graduate Students
Submit your $250 deposit online through your Guilford status page. Once logged in you'll need to accept your offer of admission and then you'll be prompted to pay your deposit.
You may also call the Office of Admission at 336.316.2100 to pay over the phone by credit or debit card.
Or send a check or money order (made payable to Guilford College) to:

Be on the lookout for an email containing your new Guilford email address, ID number (G#), and account information, with the subject line Guilford Login Information. At that time, follow the instructions to log in to your Guilford accounts and update your passwords. If you're returning to Guilford College, your existing passwords and PINS will still work, and information about how to reset passwords and PINS will be provided.
Familiarize yourself with information on the Student Technology and Learning Guide, including discount laptop purchasing opportunities. Now is the time to ensure you have the tools to support your learning success.
Register your vehicle/bicycle online. Select Apply for a Permit, follow the steps, and print out your confirmation page when registration is complete. You will need to bring the confirmation page with you to the Office of Public Safety to pick up your free permit decal.
Please watch your email for information about payment plans and tuition bills. You will also receive instructions by email about how to use TouchNet.
Payment-plan enrollment will be available for five monthly installments on Touchnet from July 1-14.
The first payment is due July 15.
If you're not on a payment plan, your balance is due in full by Aug. 23.
Every student should fill out the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), regardless of income. It's available starting Oct. 1. Guilford uses the FAFSA to offer federal loans to graduate students. Guilford’s FAFSA code is 002931.
If you have questions or need more time, call the Office of Admission to speak to your counselor, 336.316.2100.
If you have applied for federal aid and need to accept the Federal Direct Loans that have been offered to you, log in to Banner Web to do so. Once you accept your loans, make sure you complete the Master Promissory Note, Entrance Counseling, and the new Student Loan Acknowledgment at studentaid.gov. Questions? Contact the Office of Financial Aid at 336.316.2354 or financialaid@guilford.edu.
Students seeking support for a documented disability must contact the ARC at accessibility@guilford.edu to discuss accommodations.
All students must complete this form.
