ON-LINE HOUSING APPLICATIONS (for traditional new, continuing, transfer and readmitted students), are accessible through Banner Web. Check Housing Updates for the latest information.
- Your Bannerweb student ID number and your PIN number are required. Students new to Guilford will receive their G# and PIN number via US mail.
- Click here for Step by Step Housing instructions. If you have completed your application properly, you should receive a confirmation email.
- Once you have completed your personal preferences and submitted your application, go back into Housing and go to the "My Housing" section to complete your room preferences and meal plan. There should be a gray navigation bar on the left side of your My Housing Overview page to make room and meal selections.
- You may type in your roommate preference on the Personal Preferences page on the Roommate Request line in "My Housing". Both roommates must include each other's names to be housed together.
- To change room, personal or dining preferences go to "My Housing" which will allow you to make changes until May 26th. Once you have been housed, you may not make anymore changes.
