We offer individual meetings with admission counselors to high school seniors, transfer students (under the age of 23) and high school juniors (on a space available basis). Individual meetings with admission counselors may be available upon request, but are not required. Students must indicate their request for an individual meeting with an admission counselor when scheduling their visit by either clicking the appropriate box on the online Schedule Your Visit form. We may also offer regional meetings with admission counselors or alumni. Find your counselor to see if they will be offering individual meetings in a city near you. Schedule is subject to change during holidays and College breaks. Individual meetings with admission counselors are not available on Saturdays.
We are able to schedule class visits and faculty meetings during the fall and spring semesters. Class visits and faculty meetings are not available on Saturdays. A five business day notice for class visits and faculty meetings is appreciated.

Open houses provide an introduction to Guilford College for high school juniors and seniors, as well as prospective traditional transfer students. During the programs, you will hear from admission and financial aid representatives, tour our beautiful campus and interact with some of our current students.
Group visits are available to high school juniors and seniors during the fall and spring semesters Monday through Friday at 11:00 a.m. only. Tour groups must be between 10-50 students with a 20:1 student to chaperone ratio. Please submit requests for group visits
at least three weeks prior to your intended visit date. These visits can be scheduled via our online form, by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
or by calling our office at 800.992.7759. Due to a high level of visitors in the spring, we are unable to accommodate requests for group visits in April.
