The Office of the Provost and Academic Affairs is the home for the senior academic administrators of the College and supports all aspects of the academic program, faculty affairs and academic support offices. The office works closely with the chairs of all academic departments and with the Registrar's Office to support the College's curricular offerings.
Guilford College offers more than 30 areas of major study, with more opportunities for students to pursue a minor. Regardless of their major or minor, all students can take advantage of the resources available in Hege Library, which houses the Learning Commons and the Accessibility Resource Center. These offices offer a wide range of resources for students, from time management and test-taking strategies, to a staff of tutors who provide course-specific support on a wide range of offerings.
