I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in North Carolina, and am a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC) as well. I've worked with clients of all ages in college, hospital, and community mental health settings since 2008, and have been working at Guilford since March 2014. I am comfortable working with clients on a variety of presenting concerns.

I use a trauma-informed, integrative approach. I love to collaborate with clients to determine which treatment recommendations, approaches, and interventions will be most beneficial to them. I primarily utilize interventions from psychodynamic, humanistic, and relational therapies, as well as CBT and DBT - and I am happy to explain any of those approaches more if needed.

When not at Guilford, I live in Winston-Salem with my partner, Chris. I am also from a large family who I try to visit as often as possible (especially my four nephews & two nieces). When I am not catching up with friends and family, or traveling, I enjoy reading, yoga, podcasts, and cooking! My pronouns are she/her/hers.
