Wendy Looker Gives Prelude Lecture for Greensboro Symphony Masterworks Series

Wendy Looker, Director of Choral Activities and Associate Professor of Music, lectured on the music of Camille Saint-Saëns, Leonard Bernstein, and Antonín Dvorák as part of the Greensboro Symphony’s Preludes series. These lectures prepare symphony-goers for the concert they are about to hear with historical background and formal analysis of the program. The April 4 and 5 Masterworks program featured "Three Meditations" from Bernstein’s Mass with guest cellist, Andrés Díaz.
