Timothy Kircher co-edits collection of Renaissance essays

Professor of History Timothy Kircher just published a collection of essays entitled Boccaccio and His World: Proceedings of the Third Triennial Meeting of the American Boccaccio Association, Duke University, September/October 2016, which he co-edited with Valerio Cappozzo and Martin Eisner. 

Tim’s introduction and the essays are available in the open-source scholarly journal Heliotropia. A forum for Boccaccio research and interpretation, vol. 15, 2018 (www.heliotropia.org). Tim co-organized the meeting as President of the American Boccaccio Association from 2014-2017. Giovanni Boccaccio (1313-1375) was a prominent late-medieval / Renaissance writer and humanist, one of the “Three Crowns” of Florence along with Dante Alighieri and Francesco Petrarch.
