Speak Up is Guilford College’s latest Quality Enhancement Plan — or QEP. The concept of quality enhancement is central to the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS) Commission on Colleges’ (COC) reaffirmation of accreditation process. All colleges seeking reaffirmation are required to develop a QEP as part of a community engaged effort to identify a focused plan to address one or more issues that would support institutional improvement through the enhancement of student learning.
