Upon successful completion of the Guilford College Paralegal Certificate Program, you will be eligible to sit for the N.C. State Bar Paralegal Certification examination.
The program consists of about 190 in-class hours and at least 300 hours overall (including take-home tests, reading assignments and papers) over 19 weeks. Classes are held two nights a week (6 to 10 p.m.) and on six selected Saturdays (9 a.m. to 4 p.m.).
Requirements: associate’s or bachelor’s degree; proficient in basic Internet and word processing skills; access to a computer; fluent in English
Fees: one-time payment of $4,745 or three installments for total of $4,995

Requirements: To apply for the PMP, you need to meet all education and experience prerequisites in one of two categories:
Category A: secondary degree (high school diploma, associate’s degree or the global equivalent); Minimum of five (5) years of non-overlapping project management experience, with 7,500 hours leading and directing projects; 35 hours of project management education
Category B: four-year degree (bachelor’s degree or the global equivalent); Minimum of three (3) years of non-overlapping project management experience, with 4,500 hours leading and directing projects; 35 hours of project management education
