Guilford opened the fall season Sept. 19 with two matches against NCAA Division I schools. The Quakers defeated Winston-Salem State, 5-2, and lost to North Carolina A&T State University, 7-0.
Dalton L. “Mac” McMichael Jr. and his wife, Susan, have made a gift of over $450,000 to Guilford to support a scholarship fund in memory of Mac’s mother, Dorothy Ragsdale McMichael, and be used toward construction of new tennis courts at the college. Click here for the full release.
