Volleyball - Guilford College
Guilford ended the 2008 season Nov. 8 with a 25-15, 25-15, 25-19 loss to top-seeded Washington and Lee University in the Old Dominion Athletic Conference Tournament quarterfinals. Senior Shanika Tunnell led Guilford with seven kills on .308 hitting and two blocks in her final college match. Sophomore Courtney Kozar added seven kills and Bethany Hawks contributed a team-high 14 digs. Click here for the statistics and narration from the match.

The Quakers compiled a 7-23 record in 2008, 2-8 in the Old Dominion Athletic Conference. Head coach Emily Gann may return as many as 11 letter winners for the 2009 campaign.
