Whether Guilford is your first choice or you need a little more time to decide, we invite you to visit the campus (or come back for a second time) to see what a Guilford education can offer you. We hope you’ll attend our Spring Into Guilford open house for admitted students on Saturday, April 14, 2012.
Spring Into Guilford: April 14, 2012 is a special one-day event designed for admitted students and their parents, with events to help you get to know Guilford better. There are two different schedule for the event: Schedule A is designed for the first 150 students who register online for Spring Into Guilford and for whom the Admission Office has received a $400 refundable enrollment deposit*. Schedule B is designed for students who are still deciding which college to attend and have not paid their $400 refundable enrollment deposit*, as well as those students who did pay their deposit but were not one of the first 150 students to do so.
Schedule A
IF you are within the first 150 students to pay your $400 enrollment deposit* and register online for Spring Into Guilford, you will have an opportunity to receive course registration assistance and begin the course selection process for the fall semester, sign up for campus housing and get your college ID made. Because spaces fill up quickly, your reservation is not guaranteed until you receive confirmation via e-mail from our Admission Office. If you are not within the first 150 students to do this, you are encouraged to still attend Spring Into Guilford and follow Schedule B.
Schedule B
If you have not paid your $400 enrollment deposit* because you are still deciding which college to attend, or if you’ve paid your $400 enrollment deposit* but you weren’t within the first 150 to do so and register online for Spring Into Guilford, then you can follow Schedule B. Come to Spring Into Guilford and meet current and prospective Guilford College students, take a campus tour, visit residence halls and mingle with faculty. This is a great opportunity to visit our campus and hopefully help you in your college selection. If you choose to attend Guilford, you will receive your course registration and housing materials over the summer.
*If you decide not to attend Guilford, $400 enrollment deposit is refundable if the request is received in writing by May 1st.
