Guilford's fastest player and one of the quickest in the ODAC her speed disrupts opponents on both sides of the ball improving her outside shot to become even more dangerous on offense an excellent rebounder for her 5-3 stature, thanks to her speed, anticipation and leaping ability 1998-99: Enjoyed her finest season and earned honorable mention All-ODAC recognition ranked second on the team in scoring, rebounding, assists and steals finished fifth in the league in steals ODAC Player of the Week for the week ending January 17 led Guilford's scorers and rebounders six times totaled 14 double-figure scoring nights, including four 20-point showings notched first career double-double with 24 points and 11 rebounds (both career highs) versus Virginia Wesleyan (2/9)... had a personal-best seven steals at Lynchburg (1/26) dished out seven assists in wins over Hollins (1/30) and Eastern Mennonite (1/30) scored last-second game-winning baskets in wins over Lynchburg (1/14) and Eastern Mennonite (1/30) had the 10th-highest single-season steals total in school history named to the Spring 1999 Student-Athlete Honor Roll 1997-98: Averaged eight minutes and over one steal per game in 17 appearances off the bench netted a season-high eight points against Randolph-Macon (1/9) High School: An All-Metro 4-A Conference player for Coach Angie Polk's Grimsley H.S. team... earned honorable mention All-Guilford County recognition... also an all-conference sprinter...
