GUILFORD SHUT OUT BY HAMPDEN SYDNEY, 3-0

Greensboro, NC (10/5/98) — Three different players scored as Hampden-Sydney shut out Guilford College, 3-0, in an Old Dominion Athletic Conference match Monday afternoon. The Tigers, ranked sixth in this week's NSCAA Division III South rankings, won their fourth straight match and their ninth out of their last 10 games.  Senior goalie Scott Quick picked up 11 saves for the Quakers to boost his total to 65 for the year.
