Greensboro, NC (10/14/99) Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) rival Roanoke College beat Guilford's men's soccer team by a 4-1 margin Wednesday afternoon at Haworth Field. The victory halted a four-game winless skein for the Maroons, who improved their record to 5-6-1, 3-3-1 in the ODAC. The Quakers suffered their first loss at home since the second game of the season on September 9th against St. Andrews. With the loss, the team drops to 6-6, 4-3 in the ODAC.
