2001: One of Guilford’s top infield reserves… was 2 for 3 as a pinch-hitter… notched a career-high 3 for 3 with two doubles and four RBIs, in the second game of a doubleheader victory over Medaille(3/14)… Personal: Recently completed his second year on Guilford’s football team… played four years of baseball earning three varsity letters from Thomasville High for coach Allen Brown… earned varsity letters in football, wrestling, track, and indoor track… an All-Conference and All-State Honorable mention in football… won All-Conference recognition in wrestling and track finishing fifth in the state in wrestling and being named wrestler of the year for his team… was also a North Carolina scholar, a member of the National Honor Society, and a school marshall… the son of Kemp and Barbara Harvey… criminal justice major and forensic science minor.
