Forming a 501(c)3 Workshop

While attending the 501(c)3 workshop participants will learn the benefits and advantages to this type of non profit. Incorporating a company makes it a legal entity, responsible for its actions in the community. This is important, as it removes a great deal of the responsibility from the person who is starting the company. Also, legal liability for possible damages are the responsibility of the 501(c)3 corporation so that your personal possessions are safe from creditors. Other benefits to 501(c)3 corporations are that they are exempt from paying income tax. 501(c)3 corporations are an important means to allow individuals to set up organizations with the intention of the betterment of the community at large, without undue risk to personal wealth.
