About Me

I’m a doer—always have been. I’m a people person. I like to talk about my problems—sometimes too much, and I’ve always been the cheerful, happy one in the family. When I find something I want, I try incredibly hard to achieve it. I’m a good student. I believe in God, my mother, and myself (most of the time). I’m beginning to like pink. I’ve become an organized person since I traveled to college. I see the world in a very polar way; I don’t love just a little, try just a little, or understand people who do. I’m a worrier. I’m beginning to love long talks with my grandmother. Mitch Albom’s Tuesdays with Morrie and Richard Bach’s Illusions are my favorite books. I am in love with the idea of love. I stay up late and get up early. I want to work at a college and help people for a living. I have finally learned to appreciate my older brothers. I like to look at the stars and wonder who else is looking too. I always have fresh flowers in a vase on my desk. I laugh often, smile often, cry sometimes, and try to always say, "bless you" when someone sneezes (and sometimes when they cough…that’s embarrassing.) I walk quickly and drink lots of orange juice. I love to dance when no one is looking. I am lucky in virtually every respect of my life. I am a take-charge kind of girl. I love to write when I’m upset. I’ve learned to appreciate silence and being alone. I am a little uncomfortable talking about myself, but thought you might want to know me a little aside from classes and activities.
