**Important Announcement for fall 2008 new students**

The Enrollment Packets for fall 2008 new students will be mailed around May 14th. Please be on the lookout for your packet in the mail, as it contains information regarding online housing registration, online course registration, New Student Orientation (CHAOS), the student health form, and much more! "Spring Into Guilford"

If you missed Spring into Guilford, here is some important information for you!!

 

Important Deadlines

Once you've been admitted to Guilford College:

As soon as possible but no later than May 1st
Pay the refundable reservation fee to reserve your spot in the class of 2008. To pay your deposit by check or money order, send payment to:

To pay your deposit by credit or debit card, call the main Admission Office at 800-992-7759.

As soon as possible

Register for "Spring into Guilford" open house for admitted students Event date: Saturday, April 12, 2008

Once you've submitted your enrollment deposit to Guilford:

Mid-May

Around the middle of May, first year Enrollment Packets will mail from Guilford. This packet includes health forms, Bannerweb login and PIN information, housing information and other important details. Once you receive this packet, please fill out your housing application on Bannerweb.

May 26

Complete the on-line housing form or application to live off- campus. You must register for housing by May 26th in order to receive the correct statement of charges for the Fall semester

May 31

Student Immunization Record, Medical History form, and Physical Exam form due

June 1

Start arranging to have your final transcript sent to Guilford College.

June 16-27

Online course registration period.

July 15

In mid-June you will receive your statement of charges for the fall semester. This fee must be paid by July 15th or a late fee of ($200) will be charged to your account.

August 13

Move-in day and the beginning of New Student Orientation

August 18

First day of classes
