Current Housing Options

Please note: room measurements are approximate and spaces can be re-designated at anytime prior to the housing lottery process in the spring (for fall semester) as needed by the Residence Life Office.  The floor plans are designed to only show location of the room. Traditional students are eligible for the follow residential areas:

  • Milner Hall: Co-ed hall with double rooms and shared hall bathrooms. For first-year hall students only. Minimum meal plan:  Quaker 14.
  • Binford Hall:  Co-ed hall with double rooms and shared hall bathrooms. For first-year hall students only. Minimum meal plan:  Quaker 14.
  • Bryan Hall: Co-ed by suite (4 double rooms with a shared bathroom and common area).  ADA small single rooms for males are also available; meal plan required-minimum Quaker 10. For sophomores and above.
  • English Hall: All male residence hall (double rooms) with hall bathroom; meal plan required-minimum Quaker 10.  For sophomores and above.
  • Mary Hobbs: All female residence hall (double rooms and ADA approved single rooms) with hall bathrooms; meal plan required-minimum Quaker 10.  For sophomores and above.
  • Shore Hall: All female residence hall (double rooms and one triple room) with hall bathrooms; meal plan required-minimum Quaker 10.  For sophomores and above.
  • Apartments North: Four person apt. with one shared bathroom, full kitchen (kitchenware not included) with living/dining area (co-ed or single gender).  For sophomores and above. Meal plan required – minimum 75 Any-Meal Block Plan. (Energy Consumption Limitation Program-students required to pay overages in electricity usage).
  • Apartments South:  Four person apt. with two bathrooms, full kitchen (kitchenware not included) with living/dining area (co-ed or single gender).  For sophomores and above. Meal plan required – minimum 75 Any-Meal Block Plan.
  • Theme Houses: Co-ed housing for pre-approved groups (double and single rooms); separate Theme House Proposal application required during the spring housing lottery process.  For sophomores and above.  Meal plan required – minimum 75 Any-Meal Block Plan.
