Leadership & Engagement

Within Campus Life, the Office of Student Leadership and Engagement (OSLE) provides Guilford student with opportunities to develop their leadership skills and engagement through a broad range of programs, resources, and leadership opportunities. These programs can help students develop skills, network with other student leaders, and explore their own leadership identity. OSLE serves as the primary source for student involvement, leadership development and student event planning. The Campus Activities Board (CAB)
CAB is the student-run programming board within OSLE, providing cultural, social and educational events for Guilford students’ enjoyment and enrichment. Among these programs are Open Mic Night, games, poetry forums, music and live performances.
Student Community Senate
This student elected council represents and serves the Guilford Student body by supporting students and being a channel of communication with campus administration, assisting with funding for student organizations and events, and engaging in matters that impact Guilford students.
Inter-Club Council (ICC)
The Inter-Club Council (ICC) is the branch of Guilford’s
Community Senate that helps facilitate collaboration between student organizations and supports student organization leaders. ICC hosts monthly meetings for representatives from all student organizations and helps track organization goals and progress during the year. ICC works with the OSLE and other groups to coordinate leadership events on-campus and help publicize any off-campus leadership opportunities for Guilford student leaders.
