Green Tour Highlights Sustainability
A free walking tour showcasing Guilford’s sustainability efforts will start at New Garden Hall at 1 p.m. Friday, March 29.
Sponsored by the Office of Sustainability and the Office of Admission, the hour-long green tour also will be offered April 26 and May 24.
The tours will include the LEED Silver certification of Archdale Hall; solar thermal panel installations on campus buildings; energy generation, savings and efficiency; composting; student co-ops; and the Guilford Farm.
