Jonathan Malino Publishes Article on the Philosophy of Judaism

Faculty member Jonathan Malino’s article “Interpretation, Modernity and the Philosophy of Judaism,” appeared recently in the Cambridge History of Jewish Philosophy — The Modern Era.

Last summer, Jonathan, the John A. Weissenfluh Professor of Ethics and Religion, attended the 26th Annual International Philosophy Conference at the Hartman Institute in Jerusalem. On his way back from Israel he attended the opening at Schloss Tirol (the museum of the history of Tirol near Brunnenburg) of the 2012 special exhibition “Zachor: The Jews of the Southern Tirol in the nineteenth and twentieth centuries,” which he helped to conceive and curate.
