Celebration of Life for Assistant Professor Laurin Flynn is Sept. 21
A Celebration of Life After the Manner of Friends for Laurin Flynn will be Wednesday, Sept. 21, at 1:30 p.m. in the Moon Room of Dana Auditorium on campus.
Flynn, an assistant professor of justice and policy studies, died Sept. 8 after battling cancer. She taught criminal justice and community and justice studies courses at Guilford for six years. Her teaching passion revolved around victimology and the rights of crimes victims.
She served on various committees, including the judicial boards.
