Changing the World through Service
Guilford is an original member of the Corella and Bertram F. Bonner Foundation’s Bonner Scholarship program, and one of 27 colleges in the United States to be selected. The Bonner Scholarship program’s mission is to transform the lives of students and their campuses and communities through community service.
Accepted students receive scholarship funds and extensive training in return for their commitment to the four-year program. Students are encouraged to apply as early as possible.
The Bonner Foundation has also developed a network of non-profit organizations, called Bonner Partners, who are specifically interested in working with Bonner Scholars through internships, alternative break projects and post-graduation opportunities.
