Women's Tennis - Guilford College
Hilary Routon earned Second-Team All-Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) recognition at fourth-singles Apr. 28 according to a vote of the league's head coaches. Teammates Nina Bollag and Liz Killion garnered Second Team All-ODAC honors for their play at first doubles. As a team, Guilford earned the league's Sportsmanship Award. The Quakers ended the year with a 7-9 overall record, 5-5 in the ODAC. Coach Eddie Luck may return seven letter winners for the 2009-10 season.
The 2009 season marked the start of a new era for Guilford College Tennis as the Quakers played their first season on the newly constructed Dorothy Ragsdale McMichael '37 Centennial Class Courts.
