Guilford College student-athletes earned three of the Old Dominion Athletic Conference's (ODAC) player of the week awards Monday. Rookie Allison Semmler was named the ODAC's Swimmer of the Week. Click here for the full release.

Allison Semmler won the 200-yard freestyle to help Guilford split a tri-meet at Salem College with Greensboro College Feb. 2. The Quakers defeated Salem, 142-72, but lost to the Pride, 155-75. Click here for the full release and meet results.

The Quakers' next scheduled competition is the Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC)/Atlantic States Championships Feb. 12-14 in Christiansburg, Va.

The Quakers' swimming team placed eight students on the Guilford College Fall Student-Athlete Honor Roll, which is comprised of student-athletes who maintain a grade point average of 3.0 or higher for the semester. In addition, five swimming student-athletes earned dean's list recognition. The swimming team's honor roll members are: Kelsey Albert, Rebecca Bacon, Becca Dozier, Luz Martinez, Justine Merritt, Daphne Murphy, Allison Semmler and Sara Waitsman.
