Volleyball Falls to Lynchburg, 3-0
LYNCHBURG, Va. (9/23/09) -- Micelle Boucher put away a game-high 12 kills to lead
Lynchburg College past visiting Guilford College, 3-0, in an Old Dominion
Athletic Conference volleyball match Wednesday night. The Hornets (10-1,
3-0 ODAC) have won four straight matches.
Freshman Brittany Freeman led Guilford's offense with six kills. Sophomore
Taylor Phillips had a team-best 11 assists and senior teammate Bethany
Hawksscooped up 11 digs.
Guilford is off until next week when it hosts league-rival Sweet Briar
College Sept. 30.
