Student Assistant Coach
Meagan Tucker starts her college coaching career while completing requirements for her psychology degree from Guilford. The senior has three years of varsity experience and a strong knowledge of the game to impart to the young Quakers this season.
In three seasons as the Quakers' primary right-side hitter, Tucker appeared in 74 matches and compiled 193 kills and 346 digs. She earned a spot on Guilford's Spring 2007 Student-Athlete Honor Roll and works in the Quakers' sports information office.
A Greensboro, N.C., native, Tucker graduated from Northwest Guilford High School in 2005. She lettered three seasons there for Guilford Athletics Hall of Famer Darlene Joyner '81 and also played volleyball for the Piedmont and Pannix clubs.
