2009: The Quakers’ leadoff hitter and starting third baseman... had a school-record four triples... a First Team All-Old Dominion Athletic Conference selection... set tHutchersonhe Quakers’ season standards with 11 stolen bases in 13 attempts... hit .422 in 18 league games, which ranked sixth in the ODAC... shared top honors in the conference with 27 hits in league contests... stood second on the club with 12 multiple-hit games... enjoyed a nine-game hitting streak, the team’s second-longest of the season... was three-for-four with a triple and three RBIs against Mary Baldwin... her four runs scored versus Sweet Briar rank second in school history... 2008: Starting third baseman... fourth on the team in batting average... led the team in stolen bases... had 12 multiple-hit games... one of her best hitting games came against #6 Lynchburg College April 12 when she had a career-high four hits, including a two-run double, and a personal-best three RBIs... Personal: Earned a spot on Guilford's Spring 2009 Student-Athlete Honor Roll... lettered four years in softball at Eastern Randolph High School... earned All-Mid-Piedmont 3-A Conference and All-Randolph County honors four straight years... received all-area honors in 2006 and 2007... named All-North Carolina State and team MVP in 2007... also lettered three years in basketball and two years in volleyball... daughter of Randy and Jan Hutcherson... elementary education major.
