2008: Three-year starting first baseman... captured First Team All-ODAC honors after hitting .431 with nine homers and 43 RBIs, all school records... also received Second Team All-Atlantic Region honors from the National Fastpitch Coaches Association... ranks among NCAA leaders in one base percentage (36th, 0.529) and in runs batted in per game (44th, 1.1)... and She ranks second in the league in batting average and on-base percentage (.529) and third in homers and slugging percentage (.741)... had 13 multiple-hit games and led the club with 12 contests with at least two RBIs... ended the season on a 13-game hitting streak and set the school record with 15 career home runs... One of her best games came in Guilford’s April 8 win at Mary Baldwin College when she went four-for-four with a double, home run and three RBIs... also earned Second Team ESPN The Magazine Academic All-District III softball honors... 2007: The Quakers' starting first baseman... finished fourth on the team with a career-high batting average... led the team in RBIs, finished second in doubles, and set a school record in home runs... her RBI total ranks second in school history and her doubles stand fourth... also Kelly Haleranks third among school leaders with a .592 slugging percentage... had her best hitting game in the Atlantic vs. East Challenge in Virginia Beach, Va., against Arcadia, going two for four, with two home runs, and five RBIs... her two homers and eight total bases' against Arcadia tied the school record and her five RBIs rank third all time... went three-for-five with three RBIs against Peace Feb. 18... 2006: Three-time All-ODAC Academic selection... five-time member of Guilford's Student-Athlete Honor Roll... won Guilford's Diamond Award... Personal: Lettered four years at Belfry H.S. under coach William Blevins... selected to all-district and all-region teams four years... lettered four years in volleyball... received all-district and all-region honors in volleyball... earned first team academic-athletic all-state honors... daughter of Bob and Marsha Hale... dean's list health sciences and psychology major.
