Men's Cross Country - Guilford College
Guilford concluded the 2008 cross country season Nov. 15 at the NCAA Division III South/Southeast Region Championships. The Quakers sent three runners to the meet in Texas and were led by Palmer Hicks who placed 125th in a time of 29:39.4 over eight kilometers. Senior Chris Walker took 130th in 29:53.0. Guilford placed seventh among 10 teams at the 2008 Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) Championships. Coach Heidi Pinkerton could return as many as six student-athletes in 2009.
