HAVER COMPLETES GUILFORD SOCCER COMEBACK WIN OVER TENNESSEE WESLEYAN
Maryville, TN (9/24/05) -- Greg Haver's unassisted goal from 25 yards out with 32 seconds left in the match gave Guilford a 3-2 men's soccer win over Tennessee Wesleyan Saturday.
Haver's game-winner capped a Quakers'
(4-2-2) comeback from a 2-0 halftime deficit. Andres Miranda tallied the
tying goals in the 52nd and 68th minutes, respectively.
Senior Matt McCall made six saves in his
second straight start in goal.
Coach Liam Behrens' team plays Maryville Sunday at 1:00 p.m.
