The six regional teams are comprised of 12 student-athletes chosen by GCAA members. Three members of each regional squad received pre-NCAA Tournament All-America recognition. Those students will be announced May 12 at the NCAA Division III National Awards Banquet, held at the conclusion of the national championship tournament in Howey-In-The-Hills, FL.

Clark, a two-time All-South honoree, sits in fifth place after two of four rounds at the NCAA Division III Championships. In April, he became the Old Dominion Athletic Conference's (ODAC) seventh two-time Golfer of the Year and the first since Guilford's Savio Nazareth '02 won the prize in 2001 and 2002. Clark entered the NCAA tourney with a league-leading 74.57 stroke average in 21 rounds. He earned all-tournament honors for finishing second at the ODAC Tournament April 23-24, his fourth runner-up effort of the spring. The 6-4 sophomore placed second in the 90-player Emory Spring Invitational after shooting a career-low 67 in the opening round and a two-day 143. Clark captured two ODAC Player of the Week Awards and won the Quakers' Most Valuable Player Award for the second straight season. The 2004 PING honorable mention All-American received Guilford's English Athletic Leadership and Best Undergraduate Male Athlete awards earlier this year.

Osberg, a junior, is tied for 49th place after two rounds of the NCAA Championships in finest season of his career. The 2004-05 First Team All-ODAC pick entered the NCAA tourney ranked second on the team and third in the league with a 75.56 stroke average in 18 rounds. The 2004 Delaware State Amateur champion, Osberg has five top-10 finishes in 10 tournaments this year, including a second-place showing at the 22-team Pfeiffer/Pine Needles Invitational Feb. 28-Mar. 1, which helped him win ODAC Golfer of the Week honors.

Jensen received his second GCAA South Region Coach of the Year Award in five seasons. He will complete his 29th year as Guilford's golf coach at this year's NCAA Championships, which the Quakers lead by 10 shots entering Wednesday's third of four rounds. His Quakers have five tournament victories in 2004-05 and have spent the entire season ranked among the top-three teams in the GCAA/Bridgestone Division III Coaches' Poll. Jensen has guided 24 Guilford teams into national tournaments, including the 2002 NCAA Division III champion and the 1989 unit that won the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) title.

The GCAA's 2002 Division III National Coach of the Year, Jensen joined Guilford's staff as an assistant basketball coach in 1965 and served as the Quakers' head men's basketball coach from 1970-99. His 1972-73 team featured future National Basketball Association (NBA) players M.L. Carr '73, World B. Free and Greg Jackson '74 and won the NAIA national title. A member of the NAIA and Guilford College Sports Halls of Fame, Jensen is one of two people to coach two different teams to NAIA national titles.
