The Quakers' golf team placed five students on the Guilford College Fall Student-Athlete Honor Roll, which is comprised of student-athletes who maintain a grade point average of 3.0 or higher for the semester. In addition, two golf student-athletes earned dean's list recognition. The golf team's honor roll members are: Andrew Thayer, Brian Creghan, Dusty Robert, Peter Latimer and JT Thomas.

Guilford College senior Brian Creghan won the Old Dominion Athletic Conference's (ODAC) Golfer of the Week Award for the week ending Nov. 1. This marks the first time in his career that he has won the ODAC's weekly prize. Click here for the full release.

Guilford shot 303 Oct. 27 and finished in third place at the Tom and Bettie O'Briant Memorial played on the Quakers' home course in Greensboro. Defending champion Methodist won the tournament by 13 shots over Emory University. Guilford seniors Peter Latimer and Brian Creghan both shot 149 and shared fourth place in the 90-student field.
