Guilford College head football coach Kevin Kiesel announced the intention of seven incoming freshmen to play football for the Quakers Thursday. All seven students have paid their deposit to the college and will enroll for classes in August. Click here for the full release.

Guilford concluded the season with a 6-4 overall record (2-4 ODAC) and posted its first back-to-back winning records since 1990-91. Click here for the team's 2007 highlight video. The Quakers lose nine seniors from the 2007 team to graduation, and expect 82 letter winners to return in 2008.
