Jo Anne Jennings: Coordinator of Alumni Events and Class Notes Editor
Jo Anne is a graduate of the Woman's College of the University of North Carolina (now UNCG) with a degree in business administration with teacher certification. Prior to joining the Guilford College Office of Public Relations and Publications in 1977, she was employed by Western Guilford High School for 10 years as a permanent substitute teacher and interim guidance counselor. Jo Anne retired from Guilford in 1997, and returned in 1998 as assistant to the science faculty; later as assistant to the Justice and Policy Studies and Sport Studies departments. She joined the Office of Alumni Relations in 2000.
Jo Anne is active in Faith Presbyterian Church and volunteers at The Cancer Center at Wesley Long Hospital. She is the mother of four children and grandmother to Kristin and Leah.
