Class of 1978 to Celebrate their 30th Reunion

 

 

Dear Guilford graduates from 1978:

Every fall, many Guilfordians return to Greensboro to celebrate Homecoming on our beautiful campus.  It’s a good time to reconnect with classmates, faculty, and staff and even to meet new folks and current students in the extended Guilford community.

The weekend of November 7-9 will be Homecoming and Family Weekend, and we hope you’ll be able to attend.  It’s a special year for our class - it’s been 30 years since we graduated!  So we hope you’ll mark your calendar now so that you can join in the activities. 

Our class will have a dinner party on Saturday evening Nov. 8 at the Greensboro Downtown Marriott.  We hope you’ll get involved in one way or another as we gear up for our celebration.  Would you be interested in serving as our Class Event Chair?  If so, please email us or contact one of the Guilford staff members listed on the next page. 

In addition to attending our Reunion weekend, we ask that you’ll also take a moment to make a gift to the Guilford Annual Fund this year in honor of this milestone.  Every dollar is important, and each one supports the caliber of educational experience that has been so valuable to us -- and we’re sure to so many of you -- over these years. Our goal is to have the highest participation rate among all the classes who are celebrating a reunion this year.  We think Guilford and its current and future students deserve the best we can offer, so please join us by making a generous donation.

Because we graduated in 1978, consider giving that amount: whether $19.78, $197.80, or even $1,978.00.  Any gift, no matter the size, will be genuinely appreciated and well used.  Enclosed you’ll find a return envelope, or, you can make your gift online at www.guilford.edu/makeagift.

Lastly, come back!  Support Guilford with your presence as well as your gifts.
