Role of Alumni Relations
- Staff members act as advisors and resources to reunion committees.
- Attend reunion committee meetings.
- Coordinate college-sponsored events and reunion logistics.
- Provide letterhead and support for production, printing and mailing of four class reunion mailings.
- Provide computer listing of classmates.
- Provide suggestions for facilities and venues for holding class events.
- Make facility and meal arrangements for on-campus events. Reservations for off-campus venues should be made directly by the class. Reunion classes will be billed for expenses incurred through the college.
- Process reunion reservations and payments.
