Role of Alumni Relations

  • Staff members act as advisors and resources to reunion committees.
  • Attend reunion committee meetings.
  • Coordinate college-sponsored events and reunion logistics.
  • Provide letterhead and support for production, printing and mailing of four class reunion mailings.
  • Provide computer listing of classmates.
  • Provide suggestions for facilities and venues for holding class events.
  • Make facility and meal arrangements for on-campus events. Reservations for off-campus venues should be made directly by the class. Reunion classes will be billed for expenses incurred through the college.
  • Process reunion reservations and payments.
