Katherine Lambert-Scronce, MA, PMC/PSL
Katherine has been an LSAT, GRE and GMAT Prep instructor at Guilford College since 2006. An instructor with 20 years of teaching experience, Katherine has taught in public schools, colleges and universities. She also has eight years of online teaching experience. Among Katherine’s accomplishments are establishing her own company, GSO Online Tutoring, winning the Outstanding Courageous Leadership Award (2011) at Western Carolina University and being nominated for a Women in Business Award sponsored by the Greensboro Chamber of Commerce (2011).
Sue Keith taught high school English in Atlanta, Ga. and later administered a teacher training program there. After a stint as an editor at Odyssey Press in NYC, she completed her masters in linguistics and contemporary fiction at Michigan State, where she taught ESL. Later she taught in an experiential urban studies program in San Francisco. For 23 years she worked at Guilford College teaching composition, tutoring in and directing the writing center. Sue has taught the verbal facet of the SAT course for 30 years. She strongly believes that every person should find his or her writing voice and be confident in writing clear, convincing prose.
Kathy Davis has taught math at Greensboro Day School for the past forty years. Her specialties include geometry, precalculus, trigonometry and AP statistics. She has been an AP reader for the College Board for seven years. She attended NCSU and UNCG, where she received a masters in math education. She has taught the Guilford College SAT course for over 25 years and feels confident that all students can improve their scores with practice and confidence.
