Campus Visit Information

We welcome your visit throughout the year and will strive to personalize your visit so you may learn about the factors most important to your college search!

Guilford College is located in Greensboro, which is the third-largest city in North Carolina. The city's population is approximately 258,000, with approximately 1.5 million people living in the metropolitan area. Greensboro is easily accessible by car via Interstates 40 and 85, by air via the Piedmont Triad International Airport and by rail via the Amtrak station located in the heart of downtown. The area is less than a three-hour drive from the coast and two hours from the mountains.

For more information about the Greensboro area, visit the Greensboro Convention and Visitors Bureau

  • Guilford does not provide complimentary shuttle service from Greensboro Piedmont Triad International Airport (GSO), Raleigh-Durham International Airport (RDU) or Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT) to campus. Students and families are responsible for arranging and paying for their own shuttle service to campus from these airports. For more information, visit  GFW Shuttle Services.
